A new residential complex consisting of high-end independent flats in the eastern section of Sanremo.

Set like a diamond in an incomparable position a few steps from the sea, the building consists of four floors, plus an underground parking and a distinctive rooftop that is home to charming hanging gardens.

The complex also features a vast penthouse with a breath-taking infinity swimming pool, providing you with the unique sensation of floating suspended between sea and sky.

Around the pool lies a teak wood sunbathing area, with stainless steel finishes.

During the warmer times of the year, the flats are kept cool by means of quiet fan coil convectors, mounted inside the flats’ false ceilings to privilege aesthetics and functionality.

Groupe Marzocco blends practical expertise with the pursuit of aesthetic beauty, a combination from which over half a century of Monaco’s architectural history has sprung.

Domenico Marzocco, who first developed the projects which bear the Group’s name and signature style, succeededin passing on to future generations his

ability to put his bold innovator’s drive to use in order to dare and overcome architectural, aesthetic and technological challenges.

Today, his son Claudio is at the helm of Groupe Marzocco, working alongside his brother Luca, his sons Daniele and Niccolò and his nephews Domenico and Francesco, strengthening and enriching the essence of a firm which is, first andforemost, a family business.

The family works to ensure that team spirit remains an essential element of their business and, together with their skilled workers, they put their wealth of expertise, accrued in Italy and France, to use in continuing to create and execute prestigious designs, with the creativity and meticulous care that have always been a hallmark of their work.

The Riviera

With a dual spirit that embodies both the dynamic energy of the coast and the tranquillity of its historic villages, the Riviera is a perfect setting to experience the vibrant life of the seaside together with the rich cultural heritage that lies inland.

Its mild climate means that it is ideal for practising outdoor sports activities all year round, from golf to tennis, from horseback riding to sailing, from trekking to

cycling – the latter, thanks also to projects focusing on the revitalisation of the old railway line, which has been transformed into a beautiful 24-km cycle path connecting Ospedaletti with Diano Marina.

Easy to reach from the nearby International Airport in Nice, the Riviera plays host to numerous prestigious events, including the Festival della Canzone Italiana, the Fête du Citron in Mentone, and the historic Monaco Grand Prix.
